Don't be a ninny. If Mickey Mouse wants to make laws in Florida, he/she/it needs to go get elected to office. That goes for you and me too.. Meantime, Disney can live by the same laws as the rest of the corporations in Florida, which don't include having their own governments, as Disney has had.
